Before I started training with Coach H I never really lifted weights. It’s really intimidating as a female in the weight room, especially when you don’t know what you’re doing. What I love about working with Coach H is that he’s extremely thorough and critiques my form every week. I feel way more confident going to work out now knowing that I’m doing things correctly. Coach H is super easy to talk to and always answers any questions I have regarding workouts and nutrition. I’d recommend him to anyone, especially people who are new to lifting weights.
Hamaad has been such a great resource throughout my fitness journey. I’m honestly not quite sure I could’ve made the progress I have made without him. Instead of just saying “do exercises a, b, and c for x amount of reps” or “eat x, y, and z to make gains,” Hamaad uses a scientific approach to both training and nutrition to truly help his clients understand why. Hamaad’s coaching services have truly given me the structure I need to make progress in the gym and in the mirror. He customizes his approach for each of his clients and has made me more informed about the proper way to train and eat in order to keep myself healthy, strong, and looking good. I don’t know where’d I be without Hamaad’s help and I would recommend his services to anyone! Many coaches in this industry are simply focused on money but what makes Hamaad truly the best training resource is the fact that he is willing to be there every step of the way at any hour of the day. Hamaad is not happy unless you are happy and that is truly what makes him such a wonderful coach!
What sets Hamaad apart is the amount of personalization that he gives to each of his clients. He knows that every person is different, and in my case, has figured out the amount of volume/intensity that is optimal for my training. With Hamaad, I have gotten stronger in the sport of powerlifting, and more confident in all my lifts.
Hamaad is an excellent coach! I had been spinning my wheels to build muscle and get leaner until I found him. Hamaad is very patient, always there when you need him, and there is no question of yours he can’t answer or solve. All you have to do is listen and do what he recommends.
